Your engineer arrived promptly and quickly assessed the situation with our garage door. The problem was dealt with and the engineer even had time to go through all the machinery, lubricating all the parts to prevent future problems. Highly recommended. Dr Martin Meakin
The cable of our door had twisted over the spool. They weren t able to fix it due to it having rusted through, but they came out the following day and fitted a new door. The service was quick and reliable and the door fitted is of good quality. Standard of workmanship is also good.
Requested quote on Sunday Morning had a reply within a couple of hours. Engineer survey on Monday, quoted same day and new door Tuesday Engineers were excellent.

I was hoping for a repair but the fitter advised that, with the age and condition of the door and mechanism, he couldn t be sure that a similar problem wouldn t arise. A very pleasant, polite guy who cut the cables, lowered the previously stuck door, and made the garage secure for me. Spoke to a lady to order the door and, about 10 minutes later, a gentleman from the office called to arrange installation for late this Friday morning. Swift, efficient service. We have lived at the property for 10 years, so garage door was obviously older than that.

Quick, polite & helpful. Only found site yesterday, booked 10-2 appointment for today & got a phone call 1 hour before checking I'm available & giving me name of engineer. After a little miscommunication between the liaison reception staff to my self and between the Company the repair expert, Kevin, ( who arrived within the prescribed 1hr slot) the job was assessed, quoted for, negotiated, agreed, and done on the same morning! Great! Even an advisory about the garage door lintel above was received!
